 A study by Momentus Media shows that the click through rate for content on Facebook users' News feed is 98 times more likely to be engaged than the same reference in the Ticker. They analysed eight Facebook apps  they administer to see how the Ticker and Newsfeed compare in driving traffic to these apps.
